Reschedule/Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedule adjustments will undoubtedly be necessary sometimes: therefore, in consideration of our guests and our team members, please allow a 24-hour notice when rescheduling or canceling a reservation. If you reschedule or cancel in less than 24-hours from your reservation time, you will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total service cost. A no show for your reservation will result in a 100% service charge. Contact Vinnie & June Brow and Grooming Bar outside of the 24-hour window, and we will be glad to assist you with rescheduling or canceling without incurring any fees!
Confirmations:
As a courtesy, we will text, call, and email to confirm your reservation 1 business day prior to your reservation date. However, if we are unable to reach you, and can only leave a message, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your reservation dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed reservations and the cancellation fee.
